This is a song of hope. I want to bring us together, to be open and inclusive, to get over the strident divisiveness of the past four years.

If I could have a wish for this album, it would be to have people learn this song and sing it when they come together in a group for the first time. If the whole world could sing it and mean it, it would be my dream. Elyce says, "It's like an anthem."
