For a long time, Elyce tried to get me to go hiking out in nature. I resisted. I hated going for "walks", but when I finally gave it a try with her, I saw what I'd been holding us back from. We have hiked all over Quebec and northern Vermont and New York. We especially love Mont Tremblant and especially in the winter when we do the trails on snowshoes. That's where this song came from. There's nothing like the feeling we call, "in the zone", that you get when you're on your way back down the mountain after an hours long hike.
