My lowest lows usually followed my highest highs, maybe because I wore myself out. I used to throw myself into the ups, trying to get as much out of them as I could, knowing I wouldn't be able to do much when that low hit. Sometimes, when I was low, I would curse the up for tricking me, making me forget the price I would pay.

Now I've learned to ride the moods. When I feel myself rising, I take it easy and, when the low comes, I tell myself, "Sunshine will always return."
